SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Policy

1. Your order will be dispatched on tomorrow or within 2 days from the date of the order and it will be door delivered within 5-7 business days. ( Sundays & Holidays are not included). There may be an extra 3 to 4 days delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time or any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

2. Kindly provide the correct address with appropriate pincode to avoid product getting missed or delayed.

3. Kindly recheck the contact number you have shared for shippment details. Provide accessible contact number for the delivery person to contact you. If unreachable, the product will be returned back and shipping costs needs to repaid. It is best to provide an alternate number also.

4. Tracking slips will be sent to your mail or whatsapp within 24/48 hrs. Kindly track your product in the site by yourself with the shared tracking.id. If the parcel has not reached you after 1 week, kindly let us know via WhatsApp +918056286608. Not before 1 week.

5. Incase the delivery person denies to deliver or asks you to pick up the product by yourself, let us know. We will raise a complaint. We are here to ensure smooth delivery right at your doorstep.

6.International shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via India Post. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. Kindly refer to this site for price details - https://www.garudavega.com/prices.php

7.For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be reimbursed. International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.

8. Please thoroughly inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you encounter any issues, notify us immediately. Please report any issues regarding your parcel within 24 hours. If you notice any signs of tampering (such as broken seals or visible damage), we urge you not to accept the delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

At Sri Swetha Collections, we prioritize your satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept any cancellations or returns once your order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as it helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings.

1.Tampered or Damaged Packages:
Please thoroughly inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you encounter any issues, notify us immediately. Please report any issues regarding your parcel within 24 hours via email - sriswethacollections@gmail.com. Or WhatsApp us +91 8056286608. Include your order number, a brief description of the damage or tampering, and, if possible, photographs to proceed with. If you notice any signs of tampering (such as broken seals or visible damage), we urge you not to accept the delivery. We will not be held responsible if a tampered or damaged package is accepted and the product is found to be damaged later on. 

2.Return Guidelines: 
If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help!
Returns are accepted solely for genuine cases of damaged or incorrect items. We do not provide returns for size issues as we provide all the required measurements in the website. To initiate a return, you’ll need to provide an unedited OPEN video of the package. This allows us to verify the condition of the item upon receipt. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item if it has arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product. 

3.Condition of Returned Items: 
We accept returns on items that are unworn and unwashed. To ensure a smooth return process, please include all original tags and packaging; items must be returned in their original condition. If the returned item exhibits any signs of wear, such as stains, body odors, fragrance, marks, or water damage, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept the return. The return must be packed in a neat condition. If we receive the return opened or not completely packed or crushed, it will not be accepted.

4.Exchanges & Refunds:
For returns, only the cost of the item will be refunded or can be exchanged. This can be done for products of equal value, allowing you the flexibility to choose something new without stress.

5.No return/exchange on dislike basis or color mismatch. While we meticulously attempt to represent our items in their true colors through photography, we must acknowledge that color perception can be subjective and can vary based on individual displays and lighting conditions. Factors like brightness, saturation, and hue can significantly influence how a color appears on your screen compared to its natural appearance. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for items that differ from your color expectations. We always recommend careful consideration and, if possible, viewing product images on different devices prior to making your purchase. Our goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your selection, so please bear in mind that slight variations may occur. Thank you for your understanding!

6.Items ordered under discounts cannot be returned.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive the return, we will go for the quality check and once assured, refund will be inititiated. These information will be shared through your mail or whatsapp. The refund will be credited in 1-2 working days. Kindly contact +91 8056286608 for any issues.
